Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During new product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the weight of the orders.

Free shipping is offered on orders over $100.

Delivery Times

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Simply Rooted Boutique is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we are happy to help however we can.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Simply Rooted Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee once processing has begun.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist you.
