Refund policy

At Simply Rooted Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be inspected, processed and gift card to be issued from the day it is delivered to our warehouse. 

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or other signs of wear.
  • Be returned in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories (including jewelry, hats, hair accessories, etc.)
  • Bodysuits
  • Swim Wear
  • Leggings and Biker shorts

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued for store credit.

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are not offered due to limited inventory.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us ASAP with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly. Returns must be sent in appropriate packaging. USPS size guidelines must be followed. If additional carrier fees are incurred due to improper packaging, those fees will be deducted from your store credit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Simply Rooted Boutique is not responsible for list return packages.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed
  • Please review your order carefully before checkout

Chargebacks & Disputes

We are committed to resolving any issues quickly.

  • Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in being restricted from future purchases

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with proof of:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipment tracking
  • Delivery confirmation
